Protective Coating of Process Platform Project Project-I (PCPP-I) envisages Maintenance painting at 7 nos process platforms (PP) in Mumbai High (3 nos PP) Neelam Heera (2 Nos PP) & Bassein & Satellite (2 nos PP) Fields. Above platforms are primarily processing crude oil after exploration from Western Offshore fields. The major (but not limited to as mentioned here) activities for accomplishing the Project objectives require Survey, Design & Engineering, Procurement of Materials, Fabrication, Transportation, dismantling / removal and disposal of damaged materials , Offshore Installation, maintenance painting of platforms. The List of Platforms covered under this project are as under Phase Process Platform Complex Platforms Phase 1 SH SHP, SHD, SHQ, SHG, SHW BPA BPA, BLQ-1, BA, BCPA, BCPA-2 Neelam NLM-3, NLP, NLW Phase 2 NQ NQO, NQG, NQD, NQP BHS BHS, SLQ, WIS, SA, MSP BPB BPB, BLQ-2, BC, BCPB, BCPB-2 Heera HA, HRA, HRG, HRC, WIH Total 7 Process Platforms Complex The scope of work for 7 nos Process platforms above broadly involves following i) Maintenance painting of Process platform from (-1) mtr. from MSL up to bottom of cellar deck. ii) Replacement of a) Grating and hand rail below cellar deck b) Damaged structural steel below cellar deck to make it good for safety of personnel working at Platforms c) Damaged Helideck Safety Net. |
