flood, storm & earthquake damages & supply of grease graphite subject to the
contract value of work against each individual work order not exceeding Rs. 5
(Five) Lakhs and ordinary repairs/maintenance works including loading and
unloading without any monetary limit on individual item of work as provided in
DSR/2021, chapter-wise break up of the work is as below.
